Fruity African Spice Rub - cooking recipe
Ingredients

50 g dried apricots (chopped into little pieces)
1 tablespoon orange zest
2 tablespoons ground cumin
2 tablespoons ground coriander
1 tablespoon dried onion
1 tablespoon dried garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon chili
Preparation

mix all togtehr rub on meat or add a coupld of spoonfuls to a stew/ cous cous etc.
