No-Mayo Marinated Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 ounce) cans low salt light chunk tuna in water, drained and flaked (i prefer albacore)
    1/4 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing
    1 tablespoon capers, drained
    1 tablespoon fresh basil, minced
    1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
    lemon, zest of
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, mix tuna and remaining ingredients.
    Stir to blend well.
    Chill.
    Serve on a bed of lettuce, as a sandwich, stuffed in a fresh tomato -- be creative!
