Cole Slaw - No Mayo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 cups green cabbage
2 1/2 cups red cabbage
2 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
6 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon caraway seed
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation

shred the cabbage into a large bowl.
in separate bowl, prepare the dressing by mixing the vinegars, dijon mustard, sugar, celery seed, caraway seed, and pepper. mix well.
pour over cabbage and mix well. serve chilled.
