Vegetarian Fish Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Combine
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts
    1 cup cornmeal, cooked with water into a mush
    1 cup mashed potatoes
    1 egg
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    tartar sauce
    2 tablespoons ketchup
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    salt
    paprika
    1 tablespoon parsley
    1 tablespoon olive
    1 tablespoon green pepper
    1 tablespoon green onion
Preparation
    Form into balls and dip in 1 egg, beaten.
    Roll in 1 cup dry bread crumbs.
    Fry in 1/2 cup vegetable oil.
    Serve with tartar sauce.
