Sour Cream-Cucumber Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cucumber, peeled and seeded
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 teaspoon dried dill
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    8 ounces light sour cream
Preparation
    Grate cucumber, and place in a colander, pressing to drain excess liquid. Place between paper towels, and pat dry.
    Stir together cucumber and remaining ingredients. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes or up to 2 days.
    Enjoy on a gyro!
