Banana Bisquick Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups Bisquick baking mix
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 1/3 cups bananas, mashed (about 3 bananas)
    1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
    3 tablespoons milk
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation
    Place biscuit mix in a medium bowl and break up any lumps.
    Combine remaining ingredients and stir into the biscuit mix.
    Fill paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400F 15-20 minutes.
    Cool in pan 5 minutes.
