Guilt Free Mango Liquada - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 ripe banana
2 cups mangoes, sliced
1 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon honey or 1 teaspoon Equal sugar substitute
1 teaspoon coconut flavoring
6 ice cubes
Preparation

Put all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Add more skim milk if thinner consistency is desired.
