Best Ever Beer Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb) package Velveeta cheese (shredded)
    1 (16 ounce) bag of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    3 tablespoons dry mustard
    2 tablespoons onion powder
    2 tablespoons garlic powder
    1 1/2 tablespoons cayenne pepper (or Emeril's BAMM !)
    1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
    1 (12 ounce) bottle beer (Coors)
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients together in a food processor.
    (Mixer can be used but it takes a long time to get it smooth.) Let stand in refrigerator 24- 48 hours and serve with Crackers or Celery sticks.
