Liver Cleansing Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup plain flour
    3/4 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    3/4 cup raw sugar
    2 eggs
    1/3 cup cold pressed oil
    2 teaspoons cold pressed oil
    1 cup grated carrot
    440 g crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350f.
    Mix together all ingredients but carrot pineapple and walnuts. Fold in carrot, pineapple and walnuts. Pour into greased and lined tin. Bake for 35-40 minute.
