Mayonnaise Without Vinegar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, at room temperature
    2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
    1/4 teaspoon sea salt
    1 1/4 cups unrefined vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine eggs, lemon juice, and sea salt in blender at high speed for 1 minute.
    Slowly add oil as you continue blending.
    Store in glass jar in refrigerator.
