Zesty Glazed Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups fresh green beans
    1/4 cup vegetable broth
    2 green onions, sliced
    2 tablespoons rice vinegar or 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1 teaspoon cornstarch
    fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Steam green beans in broth about 7 minutes or until crisp-tender.
    Stir in onions; mix well.
    Combine vinegar, sugar, and cornstarch. Stir into green beans. Cook and stir until glossy. Season with pepper.
