Coconut Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup jasmine rice
    1 (13 1/2 ounce) can coconut milk (about 1 1/2 cups)
    1/8 cup water
    3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, bring coconut milk and water to a boil. Stir in the rice and the salt, cover and reduce the heat to low. Simmer (never removing the lid) for 15 minutes, or until all of the liquid is absorbed.
