Lahmejune With Bread Machine Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs ground sirloin (90% lean)
    2 (15 ounce) cans diced tomatoes (fire roasted recommended)
    2 teaspoons salt (grey sea salt)
    1 teaspoon ground red pepper (Syrian)
    1 teaspoon ground black pepper
    2 medium onions (finely chopped)
    1 bunch parsley (finely chopped)
    1/2 green pepper (finely chopped)
    1/2 red pepper (finely chopped)
    1/2 yellow pepper (finely chopped)
    1/2 orange bell pepper (finely chopped)
Preparation
    prep topping ingredients as dough prepares in the bread machine. Use food processor to further mince the ingredients if necessary.

    roll out dough thinly.
    Move Up Move Down.
    place a thin layer of meat mixture on rolled out dough.
    pat done with spatula.
    bake at 425 degrees for about 12 minutes or until edges are golden.
    I would recommend you use parchment paper so dough does not stick to pan.
