Ingredients

1 head roasted garlic (see recipe)
3/4 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
6 egg yolks
2 cups milk
1 cup cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation

Squeeze the garlic cloves into a blender, add remaining ingredients. Cook in a saucepan lightly.
Strain into a vessel and chill.
Freeze in an ice cream machine.
