Puerto Rican Adobo Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 garlic cloves, chopped
    1/2 cup red wine vinegar
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1/2 teaspoon oregano (preferably Mexican Oregano)
    2 tablespoons fresh parsley
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and blend until all of the garlic is well combined.
