Dilled Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 -8 medium carrots
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups chicken stock
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon liquid honey or 1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/4 cup fresh dill
Preparation
-
Peel and split the carrots.
Place balance of ingredients in a medium pot and bring to a boil.
Add carrots and cook until still firm but not crisp.
Drain and serve.
