Tasty Low Calorie Rice Cake Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 rice cakes
    2 cups spaghetti sauce or 2 cups pizza sauce
    2 cups mixed cheeses
    1 cup turkey pepperoni
    1 small onion, diced
    1/2 bell pepper, diced
    1/4 cup olive
    2 teaspoons olive oil
    1 cup parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a small saute pan place onions and bell peppers with two tea spoons of olive oil. Saute' until golden brown then place in a small bowl and set aside. Next take 6 rice cakes two at a time and place on a microwave safe plate and top with; sauce, cheese, bell pepper, olives, onions, turkey pepperoni, and parmesan cheese. Bake in the microwave for 3 to 4 minutes then serve with salad!
