Crispy Cheese Puff Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup margarine
    1 cup boiling water
    1 cup flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese (8 oz)
    1 dash red pepper
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Melt margarine in boiling water.
    Add flour,salt and red pepper,stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball.
    Remove from heat.
    Add eggs,one at a time,beating well after each.
    Stir in cheese.
    Drop by teaspoon into hot oil (350) fry until golden.
