Wheat-Free Soft And Spicy Molasses Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup margarine or 1/4 cup butter
    1 medium egg
    1 cup brown rice flour
    1 cup spelt flour
    1 cup old fashioned oats
    1/2 cup molasses
    1/4 cup dark brown sugar
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon ginger
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 pinch nutmeg
    1 pinch cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Cream the butter, sugar, and mollases in a mixer on medium speed.
    Reduce speed to slow.
    Slowly add in other wet ingredients, followed by the dry ingredients.
    Grease a cookie sheet.
    Drop the batter by tablespoons onto the cookie sheet.
    Bake for 10-15 minutes in the 350 degree oven.
    Allow to the cookies to cool before removing them from the sheet.
