Sausage Meat Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb bulk pork sausage
    170 g sage & onion seasoned stuffing mix
    1 large onion, diced
Preparation
    Make up the stuffing with slightly less water than directed.
    Combine all the ingredients and place in a shallow baking dish.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 190 degrees (half way through cooking, use a fork to mix it up so it doesn't just cook on the top).
