Deluxe Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups flour
2/3 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup butter, room temp
1 dash salt
Custard
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1/3 cup lemon juice
lemon zest
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F Mix crust ingredients in a food processor, or by hand. Press down evenly into a parchment lined 9 x 13\" pan. Bake for 20 mn.
Mix filling ingredients, pour over the hot crust. Bake an additional 20-25 mn. or until set.
Cool completely, dust with powdered sugar.
