Bleu Cheese Cold Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups cabbage, shredded
    3/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1/4 cup vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
    1/8 teaspoon sugar
    black pepper, to taste
    1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
Preparation
    Put shredded cabbage in bowl with tight-fitting cover.
    Whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar,salt, sugar and pepper.
    Pour over cabbage and mix well.
    Add bleu cheese and stir.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
