Doughnut Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    0.5 (1/4 ounce) package unflavored gelatin
    1/2 cup boiling water
    2 tablespoons cold water
    1 lb powdered sugar (sifted)
Preparation
    Soften 1/2 pkg of gelatin with 2 tablespoons of cold water.
    Add boiling water and then add the powdered sugar; mix till it is smooth.
