Celery Shrimp Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups peeled diced potatoes
    2 cups chopped celery
    2 cups water
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
    4 cups half-and-half
    1/4 cup flour
    1 lb medium shrimp, cleaned
    1/4 cup butter
    1/2 teaspoon celery salt
    1/4 cup dry sherry
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a large dutch oven.
    Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Mix flour and half-and-half in small bowl.
    Add to potatoes, stirring well.
    Add shrimp.
    Add butter and celery salt.
    Cook on medium until thick and bubbly.
    Stir in sherry.
