Low Carb Pork Kebabs - 5 Net Carbs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    wooden skewer
    1 1/2 lbs center-cut pork chops, rinsed, dried, and cut into 1 inch chunks
    1 (8 ounce) package small white mushrooms, cut in half lengthwise
    1 large sweet onion, peeled and cut into 1-inch square pieces
    2 large bell peppers, cut into 1-inch square pieces
    1/3 cup Italian dressing
Preparation
    Start the grill.
    Assemble kebabs on the skewers and lay them in a baking dish or platter, then drizzle with italian dressing.
    Grill for 8 min, turning once, or until pork is fully cooked.
