Easy Turkey Sausage Cornbread Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb cooked turkey sausage (whatever flavor sounds good to you)
    1/2 onion, diced
    1/2 red bell pepper, diced
    2 chicken bouillon cubes, dissolved in 2 cups boiling water
    2 minced garlic cloves
    2 tablespoons butter
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    5 -6 corn muffins, about 3 inches in diameter
Preparation
    Melt the butter with the olive oil over medium heat. Saute the onions and peppers until soft and translucent.
    Add the garlic and sausage, cook for another 1 to 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Remove from heat, slowly add the chicken bouillion broth to moisten the mixture to your liking. I used about a cup and a half. Serve.
