Borsin Mashed Potatos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    75 g boursin cheese
    1/4 cup butter
    2 -3 cups tex-mex cheese
    1 teaspoon crushed garlic
    6 -8 potatoes
Preparation
    Peal potatos.
    Boil potatos for about 30 minutes.
    mash potatos.
    mix borsin cheese, butter and garlic together.
    add texmex cheese to mashed potatos.
    add borsin mixture to mashed potatos.
    mix together.
    serve.
