S.R.G Moist Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Cake
    2 1/4 cups sifted cake flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
    1 3/4 cups sugar
    3/4 cup margarine
    3 large eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    3/4 cup sifted unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 1/3 cups water
    Filling
    1 egg yolk
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    1/4 cup condensed milk
    1/2 cup evaporated milk
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla
    frosting
    2 cups evaporated milk
    1 cup condensed milk
    1/2 cup sifted unsweetened cocoa powder
    4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    2 tablespoons butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F Line two 9-inch round pans.
    1. Mix 1 1/3 cups water, 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder and vanilla. set aside.
    2. Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time until creamy. Add the dry ingredients alternately with the cocoa mixture until well blended. Pour in prepared pans and bake for 30 minutes or until done. Let cool.
    Filling: Combine all ingredients in a double boiler and cook until thick.
    Frosting: In a heavy bottom saucepan mix together all ingredients for the frosting except butter. Cook until thick; stir in butter.
    To assemble: Fill layers of cake with filling. Ice decoratively with frosting.
