Sweet Pepper And Cream Cheese Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb cream cheese
    2 (16 ounce) bags frozen mixed peppers
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1 cup vinegar
Preparation
    Put peppers in colander and sprinkle with salt.
    Let set 1 hour.
    Rinse.
    Put all ingredients except cheese in large saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Simmer 1 hour.
    Remove from heat.
    Cool.
    Spoon pepper mixture over cream cheese and serve with crackers or breadsticks.
