Cottage Cheese Veggie Wraps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 tortillas (8-inch )
1 1/2 cups fat-free cottage cheese
1 cup tomatoes, diced
1 cup yellow bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup green onion, diced
1/2 cup carrot, shredded
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
black pepper
4 leaves butter lettuce or 4 leaves romaine lettuce
Preparation

Combine cottage cheese, tomatoe, yellow pepper, carrots, green onions and basil.
Add lemon juice and seasonings. Toss to blend.
place leaf lettuce on a tortilla and top with about 1 cup of cottage cheese and veggie blend.
Roll and serve.
