Slow Cooker Cheesy Spirals - cooking recipe

12 ounces spiral shaped pasta
2 cups half-and-half cream
10 3/4 ounces condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook pasta according to directions; drain.
In a 5-quart slow cooker, combine the cream, cheddar cheese soup, and butter; stirring until smooth. Add the shredded cheese and pasta; mix well.
Cover and cook on LOW for 2 1/2 hours or until cheese is completely melted.
