Creamy Brick Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ounces wisconsin brick cheese, shredded
    8 ounces chive & onion cream cheese, softened
    1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Combine Brick cheese, cream cheese and hot pepper sauce; blend until smooth.
    Spread on cocktail rye or pumpernickel bread or crisp crackers or bagel chips. Warm in microwave oven if desired.
