1906 Mock Honey - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb sugar
4 eggs, beaten well
1/4 lb butter
2 lemons, juice of
1 lemon, rind of

Preparation

put all ingredients into a pot
turn stove to medium if you have that setting otherwise set to low.
cook until smooth stirring the mixture as much as possible.
