Neapolitan Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
    8 -12 fresh basil leaves
    1/2 lb fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
    1/4 teaspoon coarse salt (kosher)
    2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
    On a platter, arrange slices of tomatoes, basil and cheese, overlapping slightly.
    Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with olive oil.
