Honey Glazed Pork For The Convection Oven - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon cornstarch
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3 lbs pork (chops, loin, etc.)

Preparation

Microwave the glaze ingredients in a micro-safe container until cornstarch is dissolved. Brush on meat and grill as directed by your convection oven handbook.
