Butter Bean Hummus (Houmous) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
    1 (15 ounce) can butter beans
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
    2 tablespoons tahini
    3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    3 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt
    5 tablespoons water
    1/2 lemon, juice of
    sea salt, to taste
    fresh ground black pepper, to taste
    1 teaspoon sambal oelek (not in original recipe) (optional)
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a food processor, apart from salt and pepper, and blend until just about smooth.
    Alternatively you can put them in a mixing bowl and use a stick blender.
    Season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
