Bramborove Knedliky (Potato Dumplings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs potatoes
    8 tablespoons farina
    10 tablespoons flour
    1 tablespoon salt
    1 egg
Preparation
    Boil potatoes, then peel and mash.
    Add farina, flour, salt and egg.
    Work dough well.
    Divide into 5 dumplings.
    Place into boiling water, cook for 20 minutes.
