Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon dry mustard
salt
pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons water
6 pork chops
Preparation

For the rub, mix the brown sugar, paprika, sage, dry mustard, salt, pepper and water together.
Spread on raw chops on both sides.
Put some paste on bottom of pan.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour uncovered.
