Deviled Egg Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs, hardboiled & peeled
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
2 teaspoons sweet relish
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
salt and pepper
Preparation

Chop or mash the eggs into small pieces. Mix in the mayonnaise combining well.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
**To hard boil eggs, Start with the eggs in cold water and uncovered then bring the water to a full boil. Once the water is boiling, put the lid on the pot and move it to a cool burner. Let sit for 15 minutes, then drain and fill the pot with cold water. **.
