Spinach And Feta Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 ounces mostaccioli pasta or 8 ounces penne pasta, cooked
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
4 cups fresh spinach, washed, stems removed, cooked
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
8 ounces feta cheese
Preparation

Instructions: Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
Variations: Also good with Garlic & Herb or Basil & Tomato Feta.
