Crab Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 ounces mushrooms
    1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
    1/2 cup green onion, chopped
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
    1 cup mozzarella cheese
    12 ounces crabmeat
    parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350.
    Combine mushroom stems, cream cheese, green onions, garlic, mozzarella cheese and crab into a food processor. Mix well, until no large chunks of crab are left.
    Spoon mixture into mushroom caps. About 1 tbsp each, depending on the size of your mushrooms.
    Top each with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
    Place on a cookie sheet and bake for roughly 15 minutes.
    Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
