White Cabbage, Radish, Mint And Caraway Salad (Slaw) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Salad
    1/2 cabbage, very finely sliced
    6 sprigs mint, leaves torn
    6 red radishes, very finely sliced
    1/2 red onion, finely chopped
    Dressing
    1 1/2 teaspoons caraway seeds, ground
    1/2 lemon, juiced
    100 ml extra virgin olive oil
    sea salt, ground
    black pepper, freshly ground
Preparation
    Finely slice the cabbage and radish. Place in a large bowl.
    Add the torn mint leaves and finely chopped red onion. Set aside.
    In a small bowl, add all of the dressing ingredients. Whisk until smooth.
    Pour the dressing over the salad/ cabbage mixture and gently toss to combine.
    Set the salad aside for at least 5 minutes before serving.
