Pork Rib Chops-Electric Smoker - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup sea salt
    1 quart apple juice
    1 quart water
    1 tablespoon black peppercorns
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1 lime
    1 1/2 lbs pork rib chops, with bone
    3 cups apple wood chips, soaked
Preparation
    BRINING=put all ingredients into a glass jar, dissolve salt thoroughly.
    Add pork & place jar in refrigerator for soak 4 hours.
    Remove pork and rinse thoroughly ( 5+ times).
    Preheat smoker to 220F, place full water pan and pre-soaked chips into smoker.
    Smoke 2 1/2 hours until internal temperature of 165\u00b0F.
    Remove and let rest 10 minutes.
