Thai Curry Sauce (Diabetic Friendly) (Sugarless) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 green chilies
    1 teaspoon black peppercorns
    1 red onion
    1 tablespoon garlic
    2 tablespoons coriander
    1 teaspoon lemon peel
    1 teaspoon lime peel
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons ground coriander
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1 teaspoon lemongrass
    1 teaspoon ground ginger
    2 tablespoons tamari
    1 tablespoon oil
Preparation
    Chop all ingredients finely; add to blender; blend until smooth.
    Store in airtight container; will last about 2 weeks in the fridge or 2 months in the freezer.
