Virginia'S Easy & Mild Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    1 small onion, minced
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of tomato soup
    1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 teaspoon oregano
    1/4 teaspoon basil
    1/2 teaspoon chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
    2 -3 cups tomato juice, for thickening
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown the beef and onions over low heat. Drain.
    Stir in salt & pepper.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Simmer over low heat 15 minutes.
    May serve over cooked angelhair or other pasta (1# package is perfect).
