Lemon Hummus With Pine Nuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

400 g chickpeas, drained & rinsed
1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted
1 garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
olive oil, extra, to drizzle
Preparation

Process chickpeas, pine nuts, garlic and spices until well combined.
With the motor running, gradually add the olive oil & lemon juice until smooth.
Season well with salt & pepper.
Drizzle with extra olive oil to serve.
