Crab Meat Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup sour cream
1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat
1 cup swiss cheese, grated
1 (6 ounce) can French fried onion rings, French's brand is good
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into an unbaked deep dish pie shell. Bake at 350 F for one hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
