Apple Grand Marnier Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups maple syrup
    1/4 cup Grand Marnier
    2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
Preparation
    Using a medium saucepan, bring all ingredients to a slow simmer.
    Simmer for 5 minutes or until apples are tender.
    Serve warm over French toast, waffles or pancakes.
