Mango Sorbet With Strawberry-Daiquiri Sauce - cooking recipe

2 cups strawberries, hulled
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup dark rum
1/4 cup lime juice
1 1/2 cups mango sorbet
lime zest
Preparation

For daiquiri sauce, in a blender container combine strawberries, sugar, rum, and lime juice. Cover and blend until smooth.
Divide sorbet among 6 dishes.
Pour daiquiri sauce around sorbet. Garnish with lime zest.
Makes 6 servings.
