Corned Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 ounce) can corned beef, cubed
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 large potatoes, cubed
    2 -4 cups cheddar cheese
    1 cup cream
    1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boiled cubed potatoes and onions in just enough water to cover. When soft, add corn and cream. Cook 5 minutes. Add corned beef and slowly add cheese depending on how thick you want it. If after adding all 4 cups of cheese it's not thick enough for you, just make a corn starch slurry until the right consistency is reached.
